Peter Feussner

Peter Feussner Dipl. Ing., Dipl. Kfm. is specialized on Supply Chain and Operations Management. His thematic focus is the development of supply chain strategies and design and the execution of operations excellence, business reengineering, turnaround management and the realization of performance and cost cutting programs for medium sized industrial companies.

A further focus is the planning and timing of global supplier networks and the implementation of IT-systems (ERP-, SCM, CRM-systems).

Before founding MANAGEMENT & CONSULT Peter Feussner was CEO of Wassermann AG, Consultancy and president of the international Swisslog Group.

Helmut Möller

Helmut Möller Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. is a graduate business – engineer and has much experience in mechanical and plant engineering.

He is an expert in reengineering projects in CRM, PDM, SCM and ERP and was chairman of the committee of computer science in the organization VDMA.

Before he became a partner of MANAGEMENT & CONSULT Helmut Möller was vice president of
Siempelkamp GmbH & Co.KG, an international supplier of equipment to industry in the mechanical and
plant engineering.

Jochen M. Schmid

Jochen M. Schmid Dipl. Ing. works for more than 20 years in the Supply Chain environment of well-known international operating companies of the producing industry. Based on his expertise as project manager, plant manager and COO for mechanical engineering, process industry and the manufacturing of durable consumer goods, he since 2005 successfully takes over assignments as project manager and interim manager in production, materials management and logistics.

At this his core competences are business process re-engineering and efficiency improvements, especially in planning, materials management and production control. Above that he is skilled in comprehensive SAP R/3 user knowledge in the modules MM, PP and SD.

Andreas Welther

Andreas Welther Dipl. Ing., Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. is electrical and industrial engineer and a well known expert in the area of lean management and supply chain optimization. He counsels international orientated companies in several branches of industries e.g. electro-technical, engineering, or companies, producing long living consumer goods, since 1991.

A further focus of him is value-based leadership as a very efficient tool in human resources management.

Before he went in his own business in 2006, he was chief software officer and vice president of the international Swisslog Group and managing partner of Wassermann AG Consultancy.
